The first W Marriot Hotel in Italy.
Perfectly situated near the Spanish Steps and boutiques of Via Condotti, W Rome will become a buzzing centre piece in the Via Veneto district. Spanning a pair of adjacent 19th century properties on Via Liguria, the hotel will feature 159 stylish guest rooms and suites. The structures are being carefully renovated and reimagined to bring back its historic elements while infusing the W brand's bold and inspiring design.

Extra Ordinario collaborated closely with Meyer Davis design team to explore different materials such as marble, wood and textiles. Inside the spaces, tradition embraces design: the contemporary lines of the furniture and the most sophisticated materials enhance the structure in every part. The historical elements of the building blend perfectly with the inspirational design of the W brand.

For this special project Extra Ordinario supplied the furniture for common areas and guest rooms, supporting architects' creativity whilst respecting their ideas in fulfilling the customer's wishes.
